Product composition:

Frame: the frame is box-shaped rolled steel, with aluminum alloy headstock components at both ends. UHMWV guide rail conveyor chain: C10B-2 double-row straight plate conveyor chain is adopted as the standard chain conveyor chain.

Driving device: the intermediate driving mode is adopted, the R series reduction motor drives the double-sided sprocket shaft, the shaft end is equipped with independent chain tensioners on both sides of the bearing seat, and the transmission part of the driving frame is equipped with a safety shield.

Chain: 10B-1 precision roller chain conforming to GB1243 standard is adopted.
